Whenever you suspect a mechanical breakdown just visit the nearest OEM authorized repair facility within 30 days.
At an authorized repair facility, a qualified technician will assess the issue and process the claim.
We pay the claim directly to the repair facility, so you don’t have to wait for reimbursement.
Your coverage has a $25 deductible per claim.

BoatekaCare offers coverage over 120 major engine parts and key accessories components. Please refer to the coverage type detail page for an exhaustive list of what is and what is not covered.
Just visit your nearest OEM authorized repair facility and instruct the service department to submit the estimate of repairs to the Administrator for authorization. Upon review, we will authorize the repairs and work directly with the repair facility to process all claims.
If your boat needs repairs covered under BoatekaCare, you just pay $25 for each claim and Boateka pays the repair facility directly for the covered repairs.
BoatekaCare works at all OEM authorized repair facilities. In case an authorized repair facility does not recognize the coverage, please contact us at 1-800-950-3808 and we will resolve the issue with the facility or direct you to another facility.
No, there is no cap on the repair coverage amount. All covered components are reimbursed at MSRP and labor charges are paid at the posted shop labor rate.
